This is V.1 interface. With Pro version, you can switch V.1 to 640 as you like.

A. Logo
Logo is the image or text always displayed in upper-left corner. You are able to upload your logo and text in this space.

B. Category & Sub-Category Menu
By clicking this menu, pop up sub-categories. By choosing sub-category, stored images will be loaded and displayed. Even more than 20 categories and sub-cateogories, Smoothflash is able to store those categories in menu. Users are able to see those categories with automatic scrolling.

C. Main Screen
　Main Screen is the space to show your original images and other contents. Smoothflash is able to read JPEG image file, and SWF (Macromedia® Flash® format data)

D. Thumbnail Images
　Thumbnail images will be stored in the bottom of main screen. Thumbnail images are small size images enabled users to navigate and display images in the main screen. Even more than 10 thumbnail images, Smoothflash is able to store in thumbnail menu. Users are able to see thumbnail images with automatic horizontal scrolling.

E. Turn On / Off BGM sound
　Able to turn on / off your BGM sound after uploading your mp3 sounds in Smoothflash.

F. Turn On / Off Auto Slide Show
　Turn on / off to switch to auto slide show, (auto slide show hold one image for 6 sec. )

G. Text Field
　Display comment about each image. (you are able to type those comments in back-end)

H. Category URL
　Display typed URL for each category.

I. Email Address
Able to show your email address or any related email address.

J. Click on main screen
By clicking on the main screen, easy to jump to next image.

K. Close
　Close Smoothflash.

GALLERY SETTING

A. Category Management
　Create new category.
Category Name: Type new category name.
Description・・・type description of new category.
Optional URL・・・type URL for new category The URL shows up in front-end.
Create Under Category・・・Point the existed category to store new category
Status・・・Hide or show the category
Reset ・・・Reset all fields

B. Add Images
　Upload images and contents.
Image Title・・・Type image name.
Upload Image・・・Click [Browse], and upload image from your PC.
Image URL・・・Type image URL.
Image Caption・・・Type comments for the image.
Keyword for Serch・・・The keywords are helpful for serch. (PRO version only)
Type of Image・・・The types are helpful for serch. (PRO version Only)
Auto Image Resize・・・With on, images will be resized automatically.
Add Image・・・Submit adding image process
Status ・・・Choose on or off(hide from public)

C. View Image
　You can view all the images

D. Edit Image
　Choose a category, and you can edit images.
Image Cropping ・・・You can decide range of images to show
Image Title ・・・Type image name
Replace Image ・・・To replace images
Image URL ・・・Type image URL
Category ・・・Choose a category of the image

F. Flash Option

Flash Option 1-General Setting-
Default Flash Player・・・Choose V1 or 640 (PRO version only)
Flash Title・・・Choose text or logo
Flash Title Text・・・Type title of flash page
Logo Image・・・Upload logo image from the browser
Browser Title・・・Type title of flash browser page

Flash Option2 -Color Setting-
Choose colors for the front-end(Flash Page), and click "Submit".

Flash Option3 -Sound Setting-
Upload your favorite sound file( MP3)

G. Advertisement

You may choose a site with ad or without ad.
You may also choose place for the ad, side or bottom.
You may also insert favorite banners by edditing Enter code.

H. Statistics Report

You can obtain information of
Number of Image
Number of categories
Number of web forms
Unique visitors
Total page visits
Page visits.

I. Backup Restore

You may create backup. You may also download zip files. You can upload the files and restore pages
through FTP.

J. Change Login

You may change username and password.
